I'm Head of Unit Trusts at Old Mutual Investment Services in Nairobi, Kenya. I've been with Old Mutual Investment Services for just over five years and I've headed up Unit Trusts for just over two.  Unit trusts are fairly new in Kenya. Legislation was enacted in 2001 and Old Mutual Investment Services launched their product two years later. We haven't looked back since. The more we tap into the market the more opportunities we see. It's great! My job includes managing the business strategy, administration, marketing and risk management of our unit trust products. I'm also involved in product design and development.

I love Thai and Ethiopian food, and enjoy eating out over weekends.

I went to school in Canada, and I have a younger sister who lives in London.

I love Kenya's weather - cool mornings, warm afternoons and cool evenings.

The Kenyan community is vibrant and close-knit; everybody knows everybody's business!
