The Old Mutual Share Sale Service offers an easy-to-use telephone sale service.

The share sale service is available only to shareholders who hold their shares on the South African branch register through the Old Mutual Share Account. Therefore, if you hold your shares in some other way you will not be able to use the share sale service, but need to contact a stock broker or an approved investment manager.

Sales will be made subject to the terms and conditions of the Old Mutual Share Sale Service. Please contact the Share Sale Service for further information.

Once you have given an instruction to the share sale service you cannot change or withdraw it.

Please note that the price of Old Mutual plc shares may change from the time you submit your instruction until the time of the sale of your shares.
