Debt financing activity

Old Mutual plc, the London-listed holding company, is the primary financing company for the group. It has a £3.5bn Euro Note Programme listed on the London Stock Exchange, and in September 2005 raised a new  £1.25bn five-year (plus up to a two-year extension) bank credit facility.
