With the Old Mutual RSS ("Really Simple Syndication") service you can incorporate various Old Mutual feeds into your preferred newsreaders.

After setting up your news reader, you will be ready to use Old Mutual's RSS. To subscribe to a feed, right-click on one of the channels above and select "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy Link Location" to copy the location (URL) of the service. Follow the instructions for your particular news reader, and then paste this location wherever it asks for the location of the service you wish to subscribe to.

If your newsreader supports OPML, copy the OPML file into your newsreader to subscribe to all newsfeeds.

What is RSS?

RSS is an easy way for you to keep track of the latest news from your favourite websites in one convenient place. RSS - which stands for Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication - allows you to see the latest news headlines, and to then be able to click directly through to the articles that you want to read.

How do I use RSS?

To use RSS, you will need a special RSS news reader or aggregator that will allow you to collect and display RSS service. RSS news readers allow you to view the service you select all together in the same place and, by automatically retrieving updates, stay current with new content soon after it is published.

There are many different news readers available, many for free. Most news readers are applications that you download and install. Some others are web-based service you sign-up for that work inside your browser. The following links provide independent lists of available applications.
