SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAMME

 

In October 2007 we implemented a share buyback programme with the intention of repurchasing shares on the London and Johannesburg stock exchanges to a total value of around £350 million.

The buyback programme was completed in May 2008. It was entirely funded from our own internal resources and shares repurchased have been placed into treasury.
