Old Mutual plc is committed to website accessibility. The Old Mutual corporate website has undergone reconstruction to comply with accessibility recommendations made by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Visual design

Tables
We have removed tables for layout purposes wherever possible, and in the event of tabular data we have used table headers and scope definition for users using screen reading devices to easily distinguish tabular information. This site has no nested tables.
Frames
Where content is used from a 3rd party oldmutual.com makes the use of iframes. A summary is provided for each frame along with a link where the content can be viewed independently of a frame
Popups
We realize that popups are not ideal for all users, so we have enabled our popups to be resizeable, to open a link without a popup, right click on the link and select "Open link in new window". Whilst the popup script relies on javascript to launch the link in a popup, we have designed the script in such a way that if your device cannot utilize javascript, the link will simply launch in a new window.
Images
All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null ALT attributes.
PDFs
Wherever possible we have provided a HTML version of PDFs on this site, however if you would like to read a PDF document with a screen reader please follow this link to the Access Adobe website.
Archive Content
The Archived versions of our preliminary, interims results and presentations are currently not accessible. We are however, committed to ensuring our website is accessible in all areas and will be updating these areas in future releases.
