Old Mutual Limited had a successful 2025 Capital Markets Day on Tuesday, 28 October 2025 where a refreshed strategy was articulated on how we plan to translate strategy into shareholder value over the medium-term (3-5 years).

We aimed to leave investors with:

• A clear investment thesis anchored on two phases, i.e. Value Unlock and Generating Growth, with RoGEV and Dividend growth as key value creation metrics
• Confidence in our execution: specific strategic actions addressing operational delivery and execution in key areas
• A credible value creation path: revised financial performance targets and milestones towards margins recovery, balance sheet optimisation and disciplined capital allocation
